Unexpected problem reading shared objects from XML file:null
Error reading information from input stream
Invalid byte 2 of 2-byte UTF-8 sequence.
原因是操作共享数据库时,保存的数据库名称有中文导致
打开 C:\Users\Administrator\.kettle\shared.xml (我这里电脑用户名是Administrator)，找到有乱码或者字符有问题的删除掉
